Welcome to Re-Bar. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile bar services and event hosting.

Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Payments and Fees
We accept all major credit cards( Amex, Visa, Mastercard & Discover )
We do not accept personal checks, Venmo or Zelle. A deposit is required to reserve event dates. A deposit is required to reserve event dates. Final payment is due [specify due date]
Service Customization
Clients may customize bar packages and select signature drinks. Details and limitations of customization options will be provided during the booking process.
Event Setup and Staffing
Setup times and space requirements for our mobile bars will be coordinated in advance. Adequate staffing options will be provided during onboarding.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made seven days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations made later may incur fees. If for any reason, you need to cancel an event. You need to reach out to a Re-Bar event planner and cancel seven days prior to the event to avoid any charges.
Tasting Options
Signature Drinks are what we arere known for. We can craft new cocktails based on your favorite liquor as your signature drinks for your event. We have a selection of specialty and seasonal cocktails to choose from or we can create ones based on the theme of your event. Please reach out to a Re-Bar event planner for more details.
Limitation of Liability
Re-Bar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, to the fullest extent permissible by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by California law.
Amendment of Terms
Re-Bar reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
